"Bon sejour malgré un manque enorme d'isolation acoustique ,on entend tout depuis la chambre ,l'ascenseur,les toilettes,les douches matinales et tardives+pas de volets ni de vrais rideaux occultants....le petit déjeuner etait bon et copieux(buffet)mais à 8,50 et ouvert de 8h à 10h,je suis parti sans le prendre le matin de mon départ...."

The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley. The breakfasts were wonderful and dinners exceptional. A five minute walk to the main Baqueria gondola...

"La habitación es muy espaciosa y bien distribuida, el baño también muy bien, lo único que la pila del baño habría que cambiarla porque estaba un poco rota. La temperatura en la habitación y en el hotel perfecta. Muy buena oferta de cena y desayuno. "
