"Lovely hotel, shuttle runs to Disney land every hour in the morning. 4 euros per person. Breakfast area is small only had to wait one day. Staff seem nice. Cleaners came everyday to make beds. "

"Tired Hotel, they are planning to refurb but they should review their prices per night while they upgrade, room too small, aircon didn’t work. Pool area old, indoor pool changing area is confusing and hard to manage with kids. Location is great and close to the park, I stayed in a the new port bay couple of times, the sequoia definitely felt like a downgrade."

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. When we checked in, our bathroom room had what appeared to be menstrual blood on the seat. Also, around 10:30 PM, a random man entered our locked room. When we asked what he wanted, he had toilet paper under his arm and offered it. Not a good experience, sadly."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "

"Shuttle bus was helpful. Outdoor play area was good for the children. Unpleasant smell on arrival at the reception area of the hotel. Definite wear and tear and a bit of TLC needed. "We did not have breakfast included on our stay so we did not eat on property. We were charged an extra 30 Euros because we arrived early for our check-in time. Our room was not serviced at all for our entire stay. We had to chase down the maid to swap out our towels and empty trash. The location for this hotel is amazing. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and shops close by. The train was very close as well, and there was a convenience store right on the corner for snacks, drinks, and food if...
