"There was a good deal of initial confusion. First off, the hotel's name is Hotel Suites House, not Apartamentos Juanambu, so I was afraid I was in the wrong place, except the address and phone number were correct. It would be much less confusing if the correct name was listed on hotels.com.
Secondly, they never recorded my reservation--they were not expecting me. Initially, they said they didn't have a room for me. (Great, I thought. I'm in a foreign country where I speak the language poorly...
