The only slight problem was the lift was out of order, but the staff went out of their way to alleviate that and we also received free drinks to make up for it. "

"Great value for your money. Very clean property . It’s a 20 min ferry ride away from Venice city center . The walk to boat station was just 2 mins. We left around 10 am and managed to see all the major attractions in Venice. We were back by 7. My only problem was the lack of towels(though they inform you in advance about this) the sheets and rooms are spotless. The rooms are very roomy considering they are mobile homes.
