Kati Ng is specially helpful and always goes out of her way to help us out booking our activities she even brought us Pomelo after finding out that we love fruits- she is such a lovely lady. It is our 3rd time staying at tbis hotel. We keep because the staff is genuinely cares about their guest. "

"Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of the main tourist spots. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jimmi, the manager, was especially professional and friendly, he arranged every single aspect of my 4-day itinerary and trips in northern Vietnam (Halong Bay and Sapa), not just in Hanoi. He organized pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation, overnight bus bookings, tour guides, and sightseeing. He’s efficient, accommodating, and responsive, even when he's not on-site.
