"The check in staff seemed angry that I booked on Expedia and used every AND I MEAN EVERY SINGLE OPPORTUNITY to insult me and deny me any concessions. They told me that I could not get credit for my stay on the honors program and I know thats not true, they told me I could not hold my room (until i insisted on speaking to a manager) and they told me that I could not have the honors perks like the goodie bag even though he looked my membership up! "I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early."
