"Great place to stay. Only had one issue which was the shower but overall was great. Close to downtown Cincinnati. Staff was Great especially Heather. Would be coming back!!!"

"Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. Finally, after he did and left another guest did ask if she could play music and I told her please no we will be leaving soon. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it. I went to relax and nothing about my experience was relaxing."
