"Pros: big room, comfy bed, beautiful property and quiet, inviting fire pits at night and early mornings, soothing shower with glass privacy walls, delicious food served in screened porch with great music, and nice walking trails on property. Cons: need more lighting around sink area for applying makeup or shaving. Also need more lighting around/overhead bed if wanting to read at night. Mainly only a cosmetic fix needed. Otherwise, a wonderful study!"

"Very outdated property and price is not reflective of that. We would not choose this hotel again, too many newer hotels with competitive pricing. Carpet in hallways stained, dirty, and not even adhered to floor well. Super old feeling yet still pricey. Staff in the breakfast area were kind and accommodating, that was our one positive of the stay!"

"roaches in the room, floors dirty, no amenities, no coffee, staff flat out refused to call a taxi for my ride back to the airport."

"This was an exceptionally nice place to stay. Beautiful landscaping with water falls and pond. The story behind was great. Very clean and very nice people. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. Great king pillows too."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Candlewood Suites! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location to University of Arkansas campus was great. We will definitely be back!"

"Clean room, pleasant staff."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a late night key card issue and Roger at the front desk helped us out! The pool was kind of cold but clean and fun. The breakfast was fresh and yummy, the gentleman maintaining the food area was exceptional at his job. The beds were squeaky, they felt springy and outdated. The pillows were nice, the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"Older hotel. Nice staff. Breakfast is very average and rarely hot. Good enough."

"Perfect location, walkable, for a game at Baum."

"Property was run down hard to walk up the stairs because there was nothing to hold onto except the staircase room was tiny and hardly big enough for two people. Refrigerator was dirty. Check out attendant played on her phone and pointed it to a basket to put the key in had to ask for a receipt. the receipt. No information on the receipt.Breakfast food was minimal at best."

"I now only"

"We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Stayed 1 night for $600.—-The property was run-down and appeared to have very poor maintenance. Our bedroom door in room 310 would not close properly without slamming it, and the bathroom toilet would not flush unless we held down the lever. The pool was also very dirty and run-down, which was extremely disappointing. We booked this hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her three friends, and unfortunately, the condition of the...
