I was unable to move around the room, couldnt get on the bed, had to request a shower chair and received a damaged and very dirty one and when she came to the door with it she accused us of smoking in the room. "The room was spacious and lovely, with plenty of places to plug in devices, and Crabtree and Evelyn eco-friendly toiletries. Great breakfast, including a taco bar with pulled pork one day and pulled chicken in the next. Bizarre but really good. And on Wednesday night, they had a complementary happy hour with snacks, wine and beer. And the location is perfect right in the heart of downtown across from the stadium. Fully recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return."

"We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend. Walking in, first impression, was “wow, this place is massive and looks beautiful.” I do wish the bathrooms offered body wash in the shower with the shampoo and conditioner and lotion beside of the hand soap dispenser. Other than those minuscule things, the property was great. The room set up was perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults; we liked having a separate space with a door away from the kids’ area.
