"My stay at the hotel was fine, but when I arrived back to Spokane after a long flight from Savannah to Spokane, I had a hard time getting someone from the Ramada to pick me up. I left my car at the Ramada and was told to call the hotel when I arrived back in Spokane. After I retrieved my luggage, I call the hotel. It was cold outside, and I waited and waited. After 20 minutes or so, I called AGAIN. This time I waited inside the airport. I waited 35 minutes total, and I ended up walking...

"We had a great time at our hotel. What we enjoyed the most was the gym, saunas, and indoor pool. The steam room and sauna are separated by gender in case anyone was wondering. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. One thing we wished we had in our room was a door for our shower. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!"
