"The property was lovely, but unfortunately no one was there to greet us and we also did not have the gate number. This caused a lot of stress as we could not gain access. Thankfully a neighbor was in and was able to get in touch with someone."

"This lodge just does not have the WOW factor. Lacks that special feeling,that does not cost any money.
Although staff were very friendly, the waiters were absolutely nowhere in terms of other skills - basic waitering and communication skills lacked. Overall, the place lacks refinement and the managers/owners lack attention to detail. No water in the rooms is unacceptable,and then for your own account,where one bottle a day is somewhat standard.
The quality of the food was particularly average...
