"Super hôtel, personnels courtois, bien entretenus et bien situé. Le seul bémol est que l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre. Ils ont installé un ventilateur et j’ai eu droit au déjeuner gratuit. Mais si j’avais eu à choir entre ac ou déjeuner, j’aurais assurément choisi l’air climatisé. Les chambre sont spacieuses. L’endroit est bien sécurisé."

"Great location. Easy enough to park discounted at the Q park. Nice pool. Good breakfast selection. Easy to handle a dog inside. The cooling system wasn't great and I wouldn't want to be there in a heat wave but that's a rare and newish problem for the hotel to deal with."

"Great location on the waterfront in Southport. Easy access to all the local amenities. We were offered an upgraded room on the top floor with views across the water. Good sized room, well appointed and with a very comfortable kingsize bed. Underground parking was spacious and very convenient. Breakfast and other meals were good. A few more fruit options and cereals variety at breakfast would have been nice but otherwise everything was very satisfactory."

"First impression of hotel was the filthy fish tank in the foyer? Room clean, no A/C but big fan provided in room which with high temperatures was welcome but too noisy for sleeping. Breakfast was nice, fresh and plentiful, breakfast staff (all local girls) were attentive and always busy replenishing and cleaning tables👏 ( tip: Wetherspoons as is Empire Theatre are literally a few yards from the hotel - just saying). Parking next door was easy plenty of space."

"Check in was really easy, guy on reception (over the road) explained everything to us and gave us our paperwork. We had a top floor room which was no problem as there was a lift. Room was really clean. The kitchenette was great (although we didn't use it) it had everything you could need. Mattress on the bed could do with being replaced as it wasn't the comfiest but still able to sleep decent. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again."

"Centrally located and parking at reduced cost nearby. Had a room with no windows but for one night it suited my purposes. Shower was decent as was bed. "
