"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with the pool. I was a little unsure if the pool would be big enough for our two children (6 and 9) but it was plenty big enough for them to play in whilst having the main pool area for a bit of extra splash.
Rooms are large and spacious and the gardens maintained beautifully.
The staff are extremely attentive and always aimed to help. We didn’t have any real issues that needed resolving so I’m not sure how they’d deal with this but it’s better to not need to...

"Very disappointing for a Sheraton
This hotel feels strangely untouched since the day it was built. The rooms do not seem to have been properly renovated for decades — the furniture, bathroom, shower, and overall interior are all very old and worn out. Over the years, everything has clearly become tired and dated.
The bedding and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even less comfortable. The beach was also extremely dirty and was one of the biggest disappointments.

"Loved our stay at Sunset House! The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The bathroom was very large, water pressure and temperature was nice! The swimming pool was great and right by the beach. Beautiful sunset with a view of the volcano on Bali. What stood out the most was the friendly staff! "Firstly the door on the wardrobe didn't work so we couldnt get to the safe. This was fixed and then we found the safe was not working!! This was picked and removed and replaced by a working safe. None were screwed into the wardrobe. Then the fridge wasnt working so they bought us one that looked like it came from someone's kitchen and therefore meant we lost a plug socket of which there werent many!"
