"Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events."

"Our room was very dirty with cracker crumbs on the floor and something sticky on the night stand with hair stuck in it. I reported this and was just offered a 10% discount. They charged us $16 for parking that was supposed to be free. When we questioned it they said it would be removed but has not after a week and a half."

Great location, but housekeeping was seriously lacking.
Check-in was easy and the front desk clerk was courteous. Unfortunately, things went downhill once we entered the room. There was an unpleasant odor, and the previous guests had left their leftovers in the fridge. The shower had pink slime buildup between the wall and the shower floor. The sheets were dingy, thin, and had holes in them, while the quilt was stained.
