"Awesome place to stay! Clean rooms, great staff, and delicious breakfast. "

"I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that was pretty awful."

"The room and bed were okay, but the pillows were terrible. There was no soap in the bathroom and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The sink didn’t drain properly. "

"This is a hotel that needs some massive tlc. The wallpaper was coming off of the walls. The carpet was taped together at the threshold. The sheets didn’t fit the bed leaving exposed mattress. The furniture had been chewed by a dog. The paint on the walls and doors was in need of a new pant job. While the lady serving breakfast went out of her way, that area needed a facelift. We had stayed here when it first opened. What a sad difference. We will not be staying in a Wyndham again."
