"Great stay in central Perth! We even got upgraded to a room with Bayview."

"Pretty good to stay"

"No opening windows for fresh air. The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel."

"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. "Fabulous location"

"I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and the amenities were useful. The balcony had an amazing view but can sometimes be a bit loud if room is near the main road, however this wasn’t an issue at night when sleeping."

"Great location"

"I was very happy with this hotel, but the pool was closed with major renovations in progress,so I could not rate the amenities excellent. I look forward to returning to this property when the new pool is completed. Excellent location"

"The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to all excursions, tours and activities that I planned during my stay. The breakfast package is a must as the food was delicious. I highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is very well situated for access to the city with public transport outside the front of the building. My Executive Studio was very well equipped including coffee machine and pods. The room was perfect for my needs. The only downside was emergency alarms going off each night at about 7.30pm due to people cooking without using extractor fans. On descending to the foyer we were told it was a false alarm. My concern was that no checks had been made before we were told to return to rooms....

"Everything"

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...
