"What stood out the most was Mark the singer/entertainment gentleman. He was so kind and hospitable! His voice is absolutely incredible and he made our stay extra special. Always a nice word when we ran into him and he always asked what we wanted to hear when he was singing. Can’t say enough about him! "

"the check was a bit of a hassle it took quite some time to get in the room the reason being it was not ready but they did give us complimentary basic 60min massage so it was okay. but they sure do are strict on the check out time of 12 noon. nonetheless it was an amazing stay!"

"The room was clean. The guest services staff responded promptly. The front desk, guest services, security, and pool staff were very friendly and professional. More than likely, we will choose to stay at The Tides Hotel again. The only complaints we have is the fee for the extra towels. There should be two sets for the first stay. "

"All staff members were courteous and polite, everyone is willing to help and always ready to provide service. Cleaning our room spot on and they go above and beyond with extra touch of decor and dessert treats every night. Special mention to Kent not sure if i have the right name but he is the security at front beach… who does not only stand but does more than security making sure all the guest are welcome and picking up trash helping other co workers.
