"The gardens were beautiful and the shower with its big rainfall head and hand held option in grey stone large area was fabulous. The upgrade to a brand new room was also appreciated. "We stayed in the standard 1 bedroom apartment and it's super spacious, there're one double and one single in the bedroom, and another double and single in the living area so can accommodate 6 people. All beds with electric blankets and there's a heater as well. All the facilities in the room is top notch. "Can’t say enough positive things about this place. The staff and service was fabulous, the rooms were so comfy (we loved sitting on our balcony enjoying a cup of coffee and listening to the birds), and the food was great! Self serve laundry was an added cherry on top. "

"Initially our room bed wasn’t good but reception happily helped us to change the room. Operation manager was very nice and receptionist also understood the situation. Apart from the noise (obviously due to helicopters flying) everything was fine. Scenic hotel is upto my expectations due to such a great staff. I will go back for sure as my helicopter scenic trip got cancelled due to bad weather. Cheers "
