"The staff was incredibly helpful and the cabin was clean and had what we needed. Toaster, small coffee maker, couple burners, mini fridge. Private bathroom and queen bed. I believe it did have a futon pull out bed, but we did not need that. It said it had A/C, but that equated to fans and given we had a hot streak it was hard the first night, but it cooled off and was fine by late night."

They want you to step and jump through hoops and have documentation of a medical situation. "The hallways smelled like wet dirty dogs and although the room was pretty cleaned the tub had been coated more than once and was stained and chipped. We were awaken at 2:50 am by the nextdoor neighbors dogs in a full out fight and the owners screaming at those animals. I reported this to the front desk the next Moring and all they said was “I’m sorry”! No refund, no discount, no future credit. No thank you! Not ever going to use this hotel chain again. "Beds were very comfortable but the room was outdated and the shower floor was dirty. The AC worked whenever it felt like, luckily the weather was not that hot. Right next to the highway so it was very noisy at night you could hear the traffic passing by. The staff was very friendly. Ok if you are passing by and need an affordable place to rest."
