The second room we were assigned was already occupied by another guest, which is a serious safety issue. The third room smelled heavily of smoke and was visibly unclean with abnormal amount of hair on the floor. At this point I didn’t feel safe staying there with my two younger children. When I spoke with the manager there was no apology and she would not issue a refund. She stated the nightly employee didn’t smell ammonia but documented pain chipping on light fixture. She blamed the occupied room on their faulty equipment but it was getting fixed. I am completely disappointed and will be taking this to the better business bureau. "

"Avoid this place at all costs. Calling it a “hotel” is misleading—it’s a rundown motel at best. This was easily one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed in. My first room (224) was absolutely filthy—the sink, toilet, and bathtub looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I asked to be moved, thinking it couldn’t get worse, but Room 109 was just as bad. There was visible mold on the first floor, dirty ceilings, and an overall level of neglect that is completely unacceptable. The conditions were so bad that I had to go out and buy my own sheets and pillowcases just to feel somewhat comfortable. This place should not be operating in this condition. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I would give. The only reason it gets one star is because I had no choice."
