"Beautiful property "

"We spent a total of 6 nights at the Kon Tiki before and after a cruise. On first arriving in the middle of the night there was a mix-up with our room category which the reception staff could not fix without the manager's approval. Instead of an ocean front room we were given a room at the back with a view over a container depot. "I stay here when i need to be in Papeete. Its convenient to the businesses i need to frequent, the property is in excellent condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hostel rooms are great, especially because the hotel is convenient to everything I need."

"This is a delightful, welcoming and serene guest house located high on the hillside above Puna'auia, just south of Papeete, with a view of Moorea in the distance. My only note of caution would be the challenging, sometimes rough and very steep drive to the property but the way is well marked. The breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for those looking for a quiet, laid back experience. "
