"What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. "

"From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too...

"This hotel was amazing! The room was large with a high ceiling. All the regular hotel buts and pieces for coffee, tea etc. The room also came with a super comfortable couch, which was perfect for a rest and not having to sit on the bed. I was really impressed with the servuces, the TV even had Netflix available. I will absolutely stay there again when travelling to Worcester :)"

"Prima kamer echter op deze warme dag geen airco oid maar een ventilator. Beetje jammer dat je tijdens iets eerder inchecken wanneer je kamer klaar is 15£ extra moet betalen. En anders wachten op je al gereed zijnde kamer. Verder alles prima. "
