"The staff is lovely, but there are 2 lifts depending on your room and one of them is like a service lift, it's terrible and does not make you feel like a welcome guest. The staff force you to use the crapy lift depending on your room loaction Breakfast has a vast variaety and it's nice but quite busy and run out of the options often and are not filled up for a while It's very family friendly and staff are lovely to the kids I'd recommend it to ppl travelling with kids"

"The staff were amazing. My only critcisim is that the Rasa upgrade didnt meet my expectation. My room faced the carpark and the private breakfast didnt hit the mark as the food options are limited. The afternoon tea and drinks the food again is a let down. There are so many options around and in my opinion could be better!"

"Hotel needs to get more new bath towels and provide wash cloth and hand towels. Also had to ask for shampoo and body wash gel. Towels are very very old. Shower does not work properly. Room gets very hot, ac only works when in room with room key, should have better system. Location was great but won’t stay here again"
