"The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return"

"Een tekening van een vorige gast was nog zichtbaar op de glazen douchewand wanneer deze aandampte... Het zwembad sluit zeer vroeg (17u30), wanneer er ook geen activiteiten meer zijn, en het avondeten begint pas om 19u. Hierdoor word je haast gedwongen om te consumeren in het caffé of de bar (niet bij de prijs inbegrepen uiteraard). De parking is plots ook betalend..."

"Personal an der Bar war hervorragend! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die waren unterbesetzt aber haben alles bestens gemacht! Zimmern waren gut, Reinigung konnte besser sein. Auch in der Restaurant muss besser sauber gemacht werden und bisschen an Sauberkeit arbeiten. War aber insgesamt sehr gut und würde nich mal paar Tage da bleiben"

"Unfortunately the property did not live up to the photos. No trolley to assist with luggage from car. Arriving a couple of hours earlier than check in told to go away and come back at 3 or return every half hour to see if room ready. No lift in hotel to assist with bags. The pool towels were worn and stained. The pool menus dirty. Pool staff were attentive. Room has been renovated which was nice as clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working the best....

"We took the ferry from Zadar and drove to the apartment. Parking was also easy to locate on the premises.
We had a super friendly welcome from Gianni who gave us a room with a great view and recommendations for different places to visit and restaurants to try in Dugi Otok.Thanks!
We ate in the grill restaurant on our first night too and food was tasty and Gianni and the guys there were super friendly. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at this excellent small hotel. The staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The dining was great, both at the included breakfast and also in the hotel's Kastel restaurant. Our room on the 3rd floor was large, comfortable and well air-conditioned. The main attractions of the Old Town of Zadar (Sea Organ, Roman Forum, St. Anastasia Cathedral, a range of good restaurants, etc.) are all within an easy walk. I see someone else posted complaint about noise...
