"Originally we were in the wrong room. Whirlpool was broken door didn’t lock. Management kept saying they were not told. No spray for mosquitoes. Nothing fixed during stay. They had food and tables but no restaurant. Definitely not a four star establishment. One towel for a family. This hotel is very close to Safari Park and the African Queen boat ride. "City lodge is a perfect name; it is in the city so do not expect wildlife! It has I think only 8 rooms and a pool approx. 13 x 5 m with options to sit next to it on wooden couches - there is not one bed for a sunbath. It has a very well equipped bar and a good kitchen with a somewhat limited choice. The cook on call could make more complex tasteful dishes for sure. The receptionist is an extreme friendly young woman that shows your rooms with pride as if she decorated it by herself. Go and rent...

"It’s a wonderful unique place. Very safe and secure!! The room is quite and clean. Staff are friendly and kind. Breakfast is yummm 😋 gym is amazing!! It’s unbelievable. Also there is spa on the side. Great !!👍"
