"Tolles Hotel, sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage, sehr nahe zu beiden Skigebietsausgangsbahnen, geschätzter Fußmarsch 1min in bzw 3min. Frühstück super, Abendessen hervorragend, Wellnessbereich liebevoll und abwechslungsreich. Außenpool bei orientalischem Flair mit Kerzenlicht, bei Schneefall mit Blick auf Berge sehr genossen. Ich komme wieder.

"Underground parking was excellent for our bikes, easy access at all times. Hotel was an adult only but there were children in it, which may not be ok for some. Family run and Kaprun is nice but a bit quiet at this time of year. Bedroom and beds were great as was the facilities. Breakfast was ample and ideally situated for walking to restaurants or catching a bus to Zell ‘Em See. For winter sports ski lifts are close by also. "

"Alles war ausgezeichnet angenehm!
Probleme gab es nur bei der Bezahlung: Wir hatten doch die Rechnungssumme bei Buchung mit Kreditkarte bei Expedia zur Zahlung angewiesen. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag bei der Abreise im Hotel angefordert. Ist das richtig? Wird der Betrag von Expedia nicht eingezogen?
Geben Sie mir bitte Bescheid!!! "
