"I booked this hotel as a stopover from Germany to Bastogne not expecting much, it actually turned out to be our favourite! Katya was the perfect host, we had the place to ourselves and we could use the house as if it was our own. We went out to look at restaurants for dinner (there are 2 Michelin star restaurants in the town, they’re very pricy though) but we found a fantastic Italian deli in the town and a carrefour and so rather than eat out, we made our own supper which was fab. "Our second stay in this lovely hotel. They are very welcoming and Room 11 was spacious with extra seating inside and out on the balcony. Breakfast is extensive with local produce and home made jams. Oberkirche is less than 10 minutes away by car so this hotel is placed well for travelling around the area. We will definitely come back again next year."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is wonderful - such an attractive and convenient area. To be able to park directly opposite with no charge was perfect. It was a safe and enjoyable 20 minute walk to the edge of the older part of the city. The studio apartment was light and spacious with a lovely view over the park.
