"The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay "

"Lovely stay, pool was great, room and bed were comfortable. Best bed we've had in India so far. Had an amazing dinner at their new outdoor dining!"

"The hotel is under renovation. Reception is apparently made in one of the hotel rooms. Workers are working even at 11 PM disturbing the guests and hotel staff is not able to stop them even after repeated requests. I had to personally go and make them to stop the work. This was my first stay here and I would not like to return. As a courtesy, hotel must declare about renovation work online so the guests are aware what they can expect. "

"The bathroom toilet seat was loose and broken. Switchboards were improper. Wifi constant disconnection. No towels provided or bathroom kit provided until asked on 2nd day. Towel hanger in bathroom is broken. No proper internet connectivity. "
