"I loved the friendly staff from reception, concierge, restaurant staff to housekeeping, everyone was very attentive. I loved the room amenities and cleanliness. Also, the location is great for tourism. All other high end hotels are further north in Gulshan, which add a lot of road time and traffic to go to the tourists attraction like old Dhaka, Fort, Universtiy, etc. I can only recommend to stay here!"

"I cam back to Space to finish my trip. Hasna, from Executive Sales, saw my previous review about the overhead noise in Room 804. She said Space would have changed my room if I requested. She was nice and professional. It is true that I did not request a change. I was there for one day and tired. I appreciate her concern and thanked her. That said, 804 can be a bit noisy when there is an event in the meeting room. The hotel is super nice. Just ask for a different room."
