"The overall property and size of room was as expected and mostly enjoyed the stay. The room was clean The pool and hot tub were nice. Asked staff at front desk for extra sheet and blanket they never brought it or said we could pick up at front desk. The beds were too soft more like sunk in. The beds were king size but sunk-in the middle of the mattress."

"As I told the hotel manager, I booked the 2 room suite for a reunion with my cousin. We expected to have a relaxing day in the pool and hot tub and catching up on life. The pool had ducks swimming in it- yuck, the hot tub was obviously out of order, disgusting. And the living room in the two room suite had no tv! Previous customer broke it. The manager spoke with us and stated she would ask for a voucher for a free night, and a free breakfast on our last morning. This was excellent customer service and I appreciated her attentiveness to us amd resolving this issue. Thank you. I am awaiting the email with the voucher. "
