"Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5"

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"Being able to sit right outside your room to view Lake Tahoe at its finest was wonderful. Could see the snow covered mountains and woke up one morning to a beautiful sunrise. So worth the trip. "

"This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"The kitchen was even better than what I expected. Fully stocked with silverware, knives, a coffee pot, toaster, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc. Even a separate hot plate and a dishwasher! Everything was spotlessly clean and ready to use. "

"I enjoyed my stay there and would be happy to stay there again. The inn is older and worn in places but clean and comfortable. It's on the eastern end of the town."

"Everything was good except two things. One, the shower did not get hot enough for our family’s taste. The second one was that the house cleaner came in even after my girls said no you may not come in. She may not have heard it, not sure. It is also my fault that I did not place the do not disturb sign on the door knob when I went down to the laundry room. "

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place...

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...
