"My stay at this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced in all of my travels. To be fair, I was actually impressed with my first room here, but I had to switch rooms because some of the outlets in the room were blown. when they put in my second room, I could smell cigarette smoke; I had to leave the door open to get that out. Then I noticed the smell of mildew and found its source - the shower. I tried to tell them, but no one here speaks English. I decided to tough it out and cleaned the...
