"I enjoyed my stay. I there for one night because I needed a beach day. I stayed in a suite and loved the suite. The hotel is not on the beach but is a quick walk to the beach."

"Very friendly and helpful front desk. Room was great and clean. No remote for TV. Internet ok. Towels were stained. Otherwise great location, great stay, and satisfied oveall."

"Disgusting! Don’t stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The outside of the toilet bowl had poop on it! And you could tell the shower hadn't been cleaned in years! The sheets were dirty and stained. The only 'clean' thing was the towels! The staff are young students who are respectful and have a very good attitude, but unfortunately, they don't know how to clean a bathroom. I definitely DO NOT recommend it."

"The room was nice. Close to the beach and restaurants. We found a food wrapper from previous guest under the bed, but otherwise, room was clean. This motel does not offer free ice; you have to purchase bags which was kinda annoying. Our room had a balcony overlooking the highway and it was nice sitting out there at night. Overall, acceptable place for the price."

"I only stayed two nights but they were good! The first night our bed broke and we got an excellent upgrade! The pools were nice I wish the outside one was a little warmer! And I never woke up for breakfast lol"

"The hotel and room was extremely clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is convenient for anything. The staff is terrific and extremely helpful! Will stay again for sure if we are in that area. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We had a comfortable and happy time at Coastal Palms. The room and surrounding areas were adequate and pleasant. The room was spacious and bright. If I could offer a suggestion it would be for a few shelves and hooks for storing personal items. More impressive was the staff. Every person from Every department that we encountered was helpful, pleasant and kind."

"No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained."

"The room is serviceable, but the cleanliness isn’t the best. It’s not rundown but the sheets were very gritty; the bathroom was also not thoroughly cleaned and there were traces of mold on the tub. The beds are very firm. There’s also a lack of outlets, so if you have more than one device to plug in it’s not convenient. The outlets were also incredibly loose- a small shift pulled my plug out of the outlet. The vanity is also incredibly small- we stayed in a double queen and we struggled with...

"Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach."
