"Very good hotel. Got a very early check in (it’s January!) which we greatly appreciated as we weren’t feeling great. Wonderful staff. Room perhaps a little dated but clean and comfy. Excellent location for parliament and galleries. Only topic was that the room seemed to creak a lot in the evening (like floor boards expanding and contracting) which was surprisingly loud. But seemed to calm down and got a good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again. "

"We booked last minute ie when we arrived in Canberra, and had to wait nearly 2 hours to receive both the online instructions and get keys to access the place - all the while waiting in our car. There is NO reception desk so gained assistance from other residents on how to use elevator as swipe box was hidden behind padded lift liner, plus parking not numbered in any particular order - need a map. Once we were in we were comfortable and happy with the facilities and location. Lovely pub...

"Receptionist was the nicest person i think I've ever spoken to ever!
Minor issue with a neighbours motion light being on all night the first night (no one was staying there, it was just glitching). We asked about it and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness (I felt bad asking and they were so easy about it).
Less than walking distance to a decent bistro and service station, and a yummy breakfast cafe. I say less than walking cause its literally like Right there :-)
