"Lucca was absolutely amazing, so friendly approachable and helpful and gave some amazing recommendations! In a great location close enough for a stroll to the duomo in about 10-15 minutes. Hotel so clean and rooms lovely and spacious. "

"Very Italian spacious property the area was very good The ac does shut off after a few hours for economic reasons and the nicely arranged showers did leak but it was beautiful we were six adults that had enough space and three bathrooms ( one couple did sleep on a sofa bed but it was not terrible) it could use a bit of update for for lighting and the sofa beds mattress good fit for us "

"À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "
