"The breakfast area was chaotic and the staff could not keep up with replenishment of breads, spreads, and cold cuts. Lines were too long at the espresso machines. I suggest preparing coffee carafes to be served at the table as an option. I could imagine busy breakfast time volumes are not a surprise so it was odd that the hotel seemed unprepared. Otherwise, the experience was perfect: This hotel is clean and conveniently located. "

"Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Gast steht hier wirklich an erster Stelle. Die Mitarbeiter sind hier mit vollem Herzen dabei. Das merkt man! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Das gesamte Hotel ist stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war überraschend groß und sehr sauber. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. "
