"Property seems a bit tired. The grounds require maintenance. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Service received on check-in was disappointing. Was advised that restaurant was closed on both nights of our stay with no explanation ( usually open every night and sign out on road was still advertising ..."

"Just a one night stay but booked in a bit early and was greeted in a friendly manner. No issues with being early. Room was clean and suitably appointed. Very comfortable bed and great water pressure for a very hot shower. Usual tea/coffee making, toaster, etc. I had dinner in the on-site restaurant ..."
