"少しかび臭い、水は掃除の際に補充され無料、その他アメニティはある程度充実している。 ドライヤーは思っていたよりまともなものだった。部屋の中で蚊やゴキブリは普通に出るため注意。ベッドにダニがいて刺されたためダニ防止の何か持っていくと良い。私の部屋はコンセントが刺さりにくく、強く押せば入る所もあるが、場所による。衣類の洗濯は服の種類と重さで換算。チェックアウト時に支払う形になっている。スタッフの対応は良かった。"

"출장을 다니면서 후기에 글을 처음 남깁니다 체크인할려고 하니 방이 없다고??...머 이런경우가 ,,,,옆에 호텔을 소개해서 하루자고 그 다음날 다시 체크인하라고,,,,11시에 체크인이 된다고,,,어이가 없음,,, 사실 체크인부터 꼬이니 전부 안좋았습니다 그나마 몇몇 종업원들이 웃는 얼굴이라 참았지만,,,,한심한 호텔입니다 베트남 출장10번중 .....최악이었습니다...호텔즈 닷컴은 이런내용을 알고 방을 추천하는건지,,,사실 넘 짜증났습니다 서비스의 정신이 없는 곳이라는 이미지가 ... "
