"The place is great. Perfect location. Only gripe I have is our keys stopped working the second day. Texted the staff (because no one was in the office). They tried to get us to use the app but it would not work. Someone said thanks for letting them know and they will look into it. Still haven’t heard back. Luckily we figured out our keys stopped working while one of us was still in the room or we may still be locked out right now. We had to leave our window cracked open and I had to crawl thru...

"Breakfast room too small. Families put their kids at one table while parents ate at another table .... not enough room for other guests. Limited variety & quality of food items."

"The property is still under renovation but the location is excellent. The room we had was beautifully updated. It had a great view of the Pacific and the local shoreline. There are good restaurants and shops nearby and wonderful beaches. The parking was a bit crowded in relation to our room due to the ongoing construction but that work is supposed to end next month at some point."

"Only good thing was the beach view. Everything else was meh or not good. Not worth the price. Not sure if staff are new and overwelmed or short staff but both lawn service and maid service were awful."

"I felt the property was overpriced for what we received. Conditioner dispenser was empty/not working and a bathroom sink handle was broken. No ocean view and we paid $1200 for 3 nights."

"The location is great. Even though it states that there is no smoking on the property, a large family staying there was chain smoking at the shared tables the entire time. Started up by 8:00 am and continued until night. It made sitting outside not as enjoyable."
