"While our room was clean, our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues and poor customer service. None of the USB charging ports worked. When we realized there was no bedding for the sofa bed, I tried calling the front desk, only to find the room phone didn’t even have a power cord attached. "We stayed here while on vacation. One night I was looking for some milk. I didn’t see any in the little shop. I asked the front clerk and she brought some out from the kitchen. Free of charge. That was so kind of her. Overall, our experience here was wonderful. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Huge, beautiful pool. The room service food was delicious. Right next to the parking lot is a beautiful view of the Colorado river running through Arches. We will definitely be staying here again."

"I liked that there were 2 sinks- one in bathroom and one outside bathroom. However, outside sink area was very dark because of two small lights that were dim. This made it difficult to put on makeup. The 2 queen size beds were uncomfortable because they were very soft. Probably needing to be replaced. The tv was very small. In this day and age, larger tvs are very inexpensive and that should be replaced. Staff at front desk and breakfast area were nice. Breakfast was good."
