"Excellent communication from start to finish
With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"This hotel is a gem! We loved the differently themed floors and adored the thoughtful interior design of our room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They even offer a pillow menu. The room has blinds and curtains to darken the room entirely and the AC worked very well and was really quiet. We slept through every night and the Nespresso machine was another highlight. Don't miss out on their excellent breakfast! It was delicious and their staff was lovely."
