Very comfortable and clean, close to the airport and offered an airport shuttle. Love that there’s a McDonald’s next door, although I didn’t visit it. The Italian-inspired restaurant in the hotel was excellent for dinner the night before departing flight.

Great location, easy bus ride from the airport and dropped off right at the property. Check-in was fast and smooth. I arrived after the restaurant closed, but there’s a McDonald’s next door and other food options across the street. Staff were friendly and well-informed. Ideal stay for a long layover.

The free shuttle back to the airport cost us $20. The end of the runway was just 400 meter from the front door. A cup of coffee was over $7. The room was nice but the girl who checked us in was not very nice either. The location was good and it was nice to be close to a paved running trail. There are plenty of other hotels near by. Zürich itself was very nice.

Check in went good, rooms ok could not adjust thermostat, had to open windows to cool down room. Then at checkout we had to pay way back to airport. Hotel shuttle was not free.

I really liked how clean this hotel was and how their room is set up. The Reception desk was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the absence of an AC in their room. I understand that some parts of the world do not need AC's but preferences differ and I would have preferred to have that option. Otherwise, good experience.

Great base for our stay in Zurich! Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room had all amenities required for our stay. A very nice breakfast with lots of choice! Having a restaurant and bar at the hotel was also very convenient with also a McDonald’s literally next door and across the road there’s a supermarket, clothes store and cafe. Very easy access to public transport- 2 minute walk across the road for a bus which goes to/from the airport or to the train station. 10 minute walk to the train station for a short trip into Zurich!
