"The property was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable, and matched the advertised details. It was also in a convenient location. The wifi and aircon both worked really well and the bathroom was well appointed (apart from no shower curtain).
The biggest issue we had was with the check-in details. These were not sent automatically at the advised time (although they were emailed soon after I chased them up). Also, the initial instructions were faulty (wrong location given for the key safe) and...

"The room could be better, no napkins, no water, no wifi, however it was very clean. The location was perfect in the middle of everything to see in Budapest. The staff was amazing specially Tunde she was very helpful. The breakfast is so limited and also they charged for my 3YO kid whom should be for free. "
