"Food is too expensive and not great. I asked for the room to be alcohol free but the request was not fulfilled. The room was great and comfortable. However the food was not great. The breakfast had stuff from the previous days. This hotel is not worth the price and is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. "

"Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff was really friendly. Each single of them had a smile and was happy to help. I find very unfair people who complain about the staff not speaking english (they speak french as most of the tourists are french). "The room wasn't really clean; we had ants in the wardrobe. The staff were indifferent, and the food wasn't the best—Friday's dinner consisted of leftovers from the entire week. We will never return to this hotel. There is a huge difference between the one in Hammamet and the one in Djerba."
