"Very friendly and helpful front desk. Lovely rooms, and probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had at a hotel. Location was amazing. Breakfast wasn’t included as noted in the ad, but they quickly made it right with us. Beach towels only were included, not chairs or umbrella as noted in Expedia. Parking was challenging but there are for pay garages nearby. Overall was a great spot and will stay again."

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, just one block from the beach and Ocean Drive. Breakfast was fair, had the usual continental staples. While the room and property were clean, the hotel just seems tired and run down. The rooms are in need of a face-lift. Also, our room was extremely small. It was ok for our one night stay, but longer than that may be uncomfortable."

"Overall wonderful stay and memorable experience ! This is our fourth stay at the Sagamore and it never disappoints. Great check in experience . The staff at the front desk gave us a wonderful room, the oceanfront suite with wonderful views , updated bathroom and living space. We also got to enjoy the FIFA soccer games playing outside the pool area . The hotel is close to the beach , restaurants, and the area feels lively . We love staying here !"

"The hotel rooms do not have traditional "do not disturb signs". They use these decorative rope tassels to signify to staff—not to enter. However, staff did not respect this and came into out room without permission."

"The place is good for the price but it’s not a place I will go to for an upcoming visit to Miami. Nothing wrong with it but the area is very busy and the place not what I like."

"Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful"
