"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

The first room I was placed in had a toilet leaking water all over the bathroom floor. After reporting it, I was moved to a second room, which was even worse — there was visible mold all over the ceiling and I found a bug on the bed.
