From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated as a special guest. The hosts were absolutely lovely. Warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were great. "Very disappointing. Several things are wrong with this so-called boutique hotel and spa. The offer room with fireplaces – which are an extra charge, of course. No firewood was provided. When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...
