"We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there...

"Staff was great.. hotel was peaceful.. grounds were stunning.. only one issue was with our door in room 6 reported that hinge was broken and door wouldn't close without lifting it. reported Sunday left Tuesday...We were in room and realised that door wouldn't close on self closure. "Reception staff were very friendly, our room was ready, despite only being just before 2pm. Great location right in the heart of the town centre. Walking distance to almost everything. The Kingsgate shopping centre is just a stoll away, albeit uphill. There is a wide selection of bars close by. The Alhambra Theatre is only about a 10 minutes walk away. "Noise was really bad broken gas cupboard door next to my room banged for two night's i had to get out of bed at 11 o'clock and try a temporary repair no staff interested all receptionist said its not ours but seems it had been like that for a while surely they should have remedied for there guests smallest room iv been in rain was dripping all night from broken roan pipe but night porter says nothing i can do about weather"

"The location was great for seeing the castle and the old town. The decor is tired and could use a little attention. The breakfast was okay. They could use an additional coffee machine as the wait for a cup of coffee was quite long."

"Handy hotel, room was warm, clean, but would like to see two chairs in the room, so that one person doesn't have to sit on the bed all evening. It's not only a problem at this hotel. Breakfast was o.k. and included in the room rate."
