"I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. I paid $139 a night for a $87 a night room and they have refused to issue me Back some money. The condo was a dump. Old Broken stuff, dirty furniture and it smelled terrible. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. Spiders and cobwebs were in every common area, which shows no one did the basic cleaning and upkeep. There was no running water every day from 12am-2pm! I couldn't shower or...

"This is an ideal family oriented gateway. The pool was awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious and the many planted trees and flowers brought ambience to the outdoors. Kevin and Lorraine were very accomodating as well. We experienced few minor issues with the bathroom plumbing and AC units but our overall stay was terrific. We will definitively be back again."
