"Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). Lovely grounds and quiet roads. Hotel staff very helpful when we had question about where to park near our room. We did not eat at the restaurant or purchase breakfast, instead we got...

"Nice hotel, however sitting having breakfast when half a bucket of water fell from The first floor balcony (presumably from the cleaner cleaning) all over me and the floor. When i told the staff, they couldn't have given less of a damn - dont sit under the awning unless you want another shower"
