"Clean spacious family room, well equipped and lovely breakfast. Only slight negatives were the kids bed was a fold out sofa bed and this meant they had to share. Also the fridge in our room didn’t seem to be working properly so no cold drinks but the minibar was complimentary which was nice (soft drinks only). Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again due to ease of access to the city centre via the metro and close proximity to the airport. 520 bus from the airport drops you...

"We liked the fact it was away from the hustle and noise of down town Roma. We didn't have a rental car but the ladies at the desk were eager to help us aquire transportation. They were so very helpful in many aspects of our stay there, such as pointing us in right direction to local cuisine. Delicious! Thank you for making our stay memorable. "

"Great location near the airport and lovely staff. The only downside is the walls in our room were paper thin and we could hear next door so loudly and clearly. The hotel provides pairs of foam earplugs in the room, but unfortunately with an early flight (and needing to wake up for an alarm) they didn't offer much support. We would stay again, but only if we could be guaranteed to have no neighbours."

"Bedroom was tired along with bathroom. The shower head didn’t work well and the shower holder was broken. Some kind of leak into my bedroom from bathroom through wall. Shower drain was blocked and started to flood when I pull it out it was very unclean. Bath towels had seen better day. Overall it was ok. But for the brand not what I’d expect."

"Hotel is a good option to who is arriving in Rome, but not to whom depend to public transport, it doesn’t have direct access to bus line and train. Breakfast could have more variety like eggs and more options of fruits. "

"There are a couple of grocery stores nearby and the prices are normal, even cheaper than back in Canada, since the place is not in a tourist area. The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. "Room was excellent - great quality, huge and very clean. Staff had taken the trouble to make sure it was warm (cold night). Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Carry out breakfast was much appreciated due to early flight. "

"Amazing service. We ended up here in an emergency when other accommodation cancelled without warning. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a place to stay for our whole trip and were very helpful finding our way to the new place. I wish we could have stayed here the whole time! "
